Ben Goodman | Lawyer

Ben is a Body Corporate and Property Lawyer at Shannon Clark Tuhtan Lawyers, advising bodies corporate, committees, lot owners, strata managers and developers on all aspects of Queensland body corporate law.

Prior to entering legal practice, Ben spent many years working in the strata industry, including as a strata manager and in senior leadership roles with major strata management companies. This experience gives him a unique understanding of both the legislation and the practical realities of body corporate management.

Ben advises on governance and committee decision-making, by-laws, caretaking and letting agreements, building management disputes and dispute resolution. He regularly assists clients in matters before the Office of the Commissioner for Body Corporate and Community Management and QCAT.

Ben holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours), a Master of International Law and a Bachelor of Commerce (Business Law), and is committed to delivering clear, practical and commercially focused advice.
