Brad Clark | Director

Brad is the head of our commercial and private advisory team. He assists clients with business and asset structuring, trusts, estate planning, estate administration, corporate governance, corporate restructures, business and company acquisitions and disposals, commercial and retail leases, commercial acquisitions and disposals and general commercial agreements.

He regularly works with accountants and financial planners to ensure their clients' estate planning and personal (or business) succession needs are met.  This collaborative approach involving other professional advisers is the key to ensuring clients receive the most accurate and commercial advice.

Brad provides strategic advice in revenue effective structuring, individual and business succession planning, stamp duty and land tax matters, corporate governance and asset protection for family groups, individuals, business owners, and private companies.
