Caryn Clark | Paralegal

Caryn has over 20 years' experience working in the legal industry with extensive experience in the sale of off the plan unit developments and residential conveyancing. More specifically Caryn has assisted major State based developers of both master-planned communities and community title schemes in multi staged projects.

Originally from the Sunshine Coast, Caryn has worked in various legal fields adding franchising and leasing to her skill set.  From contract preparation through to completion, Caryn covers the full ambit of the property journey.  She has extensive knowledge using the PEXA electronic platform for settlements and was involved in settling a myriad of PEXA settlements for a single developer in one day.  

Caryn works closely with our property development team providing clients with personal care to ensure each file is handled with the greatest attention to detail. Caryn believes in listening to what clients want and going above and beyond to deliver exceptional services.  

Caryn holds a bachelor’s degree in criminology and criminal justice and is a Justice of the Peace (Qualified).
