Fuschia Cooper | Paralegal

Fuschia is a Paralegal in the Commercial and Private Advisory team at Shannon Clark Tuhtan.  She supports the firm’s solicitors across a broad range of commercial matters, with particular interest in corporate restructuring, corporate governance advice, business and share capital acquisitions and disposals, estate planning and estate administration.

Fuschia brings a strong analytical foundation from her current Law and Finance studies at QUT and is recognised for her clear, client‑focused communication and common-sense approach to commercial and estate planning matters.  

With her long‑term career focus being on developing her expertise all elements of commercial law and corporate advice, Fuschia contributes a thoughtful, organised, and solutions‑oriented approach to helping clients navigate complex business and private transactions.
