Nathan Crook | Associate

Nathan joined Shannon Clark Tuthan as an Associate in the Property and Development team in March 2026, having previously gained considerable experience at law firms across the Sunshine Coast and Gympie since his admission as a Solicitor in October 2017.

His practice mainly focuses on residential and commercial conveyancing, retail and commercial leasing, property transactions, commercial law, and property development. He also has a particular interest in pharmacy law, including the purchase and sale of pharmacies, share sale transactions and advising clients on licensing requirements.

Nathan was the second law graduate from the University of the Sunshine Coast to be admitted to the legal profession and is a member of the Sunshine Coast Law Association. He is also committed to supporting the local community through his volunteer legal advice sessions with the Suncoast Community Legal Service.
