Rashik Ahmed joined the Building, Construction and Infrastructure team at Shannon Clark Tuhtan in September 2026, bringing more than a decade of experience in commercial litigation across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

Rashik's practise includes complex disputes in contract, equity, property, business, building and construction, and insolvency matters. Having successfully managed and run technical and high-value disputes through to trial, he combines strong advocacy skills with commercial acumen to deliver practical and effective outcomes for clients.

He has acted for multinational corporations in the oil and gas and supply chain sectors, as well as shareholders, directors, property developers, and high-net-worth individuals. Rashik recognises that each client has unique objectives and approaches every matter with a tailored strategy designed to achieve outcomes aligned with their commercial interests and long-term business goals.
