Victoria’s expertise spans commercial litigation and construction law, focusing heavily on complex litigation, regulatory disputes and security of payment disputes. 

She regularly acts for contractors, subcontractors and principals across a broad range of disputes in all courts and tribunals.

Originally from London, Victoria relocated to Brisbane in 2021 and commenced her career in general litigation and insolvency, before specialising in construction. She brings with her a wealth of experience from those areas to her practice as a dedicated construction lawyer, allowing her to develop ‘outside of the box’ strategies for her clients.

Victoria focuses on always keeping commerciality and strategy front of mind - regardless of the nature of size of the dispute.
