Victoria’s expertise spans commercial litigation and construction law, focusing heavily on complex litigation, regulatory disputes and security of payment disputes.
She regularly acts for contractors, subcontractors and principals across a broad range of disputes in all courts and tribunals.
Having originally practised in the United Kingdom, Victoria relocated to Brisbane in 2021, building a practice in general litigation and insolvency, before specialising in construction. She brings with her a wealth of experience from those areas to her practice as a dedicated construction lawyer, allowing her to develop ‘outside of the box’ strategies for her clients.
Victoria focuses on always keeping commerciality and strategy front of mind - regardless of the nature of size of the dispute.
